Opening this summer, it includes a lounge, nightclub, restaurant and rooftop garden.

SOT Dubai is turning the city’s nightlife scene up a notch. Located in Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, the new concept is hoping to attract a wide audience with its wide offering. Scheduled to open this summer, here’s what you can expect.

SOT means sound in Arabic, and sums up a key part of the venue, which will be home to resident and guest DJs. The tagline states, “come for the drinks, stay for the vibe” – and there will be a choice of vibes.

SOT Dubai spans 9,600 square feet and can accommodate up to 500 guests. Divided into four sections, it includes a lounge, nightclub, restaurant and rooftop garden. So, you can start off dining and end up dancing.

The lounge includes fancy interiors, plush seats and a chilled atmosphere, which makes it great for a catch-up or nightcap. The extensive drinks list includes hand-crafted signature cocktails. The nightclub boasts state-of-the-art technology, from the light to the sound system. If you’re looking to party the night away, check out the themed nights, which cover a range of genres.

SOT Dubai will also be home to a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. Take your pick from indoor and outdoor seating, which includes dining and shisha on the garden rooftop. Plus, the terrace boasts panoramic views over the city.

Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf is also home to The Market Place, a family-friendly restaurant serving international food; BnB (Bar Nights Bites), which includes light snacks and live music; and Kimura-Ya, which is a Japanese izakaya-style dining experience.

SOT Dubai is open from 9pm until 4am from Wednesday to Saturday.
