A Thousand Dates offers a lighter twist on sticky toffee pudding and uses four varieties of locally produced dates to showcase distinct flavour profiles. Paired with house-made buttermilk ice cream to counterbalance the sweetness, this almond sawafi date cake dessert comprises date caramel mousse, fig shishi date jam, date sugar filo pastry, silaj date caramel and brûléed figs. Teible's limited-edition Ramadan dishes will be served daily throughout the holy month, except for Tuesdays when the restaurant is closed.

Cookie Melt: Jailbird

During Ramadan, there is one thing that brings families and friends closer together – good food! Homegrown fried-chicken joint, Jailbird will offer an outrageous Cookie Melt throughout the Holy Month. The decadent ice-cream sando features vanilla bean gelato, sandwiched between two melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chunk cookies, slathered in salted caramel fudge and covered in decadent chocolate chips. For a memorable dessert this Ramadan, indulge in CÉ LA VI's oozing fondant complemented with views of the Burj Khalifa.
