Zuma can be found around the world in Madrid, the Maldives and Mykonos. Now, it is returning to the Northern Emirates. The FACT Award-winning brand will be located in The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert.
Opening for a limited-time pop-up, Zuma in The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert will welcome guests from Friday, 5 December. This gives you a chance to enjoy its modern Japanese izakaya-style cuisine with breathtaking views of the desert.

The menu of Zuma at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert has not yet been unveiled, but if other Zuma menus are anything to go by, then diners are in for a treat. Expect the likes of Zuma’s signature Miso-marinated Black Cod, Rib-eye with Wafu Sauce, and more to grace your palate at this pop-up.
In 2002, Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney opened the first Zuma in Knightsbridge, London. Today, the restaurant can be found in the GCC in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Riyadh, and around the world in Cannes, New York and Rome.

Zuma’s menus span daikoku, nigiri, sashimi, sushi, salads, snacks, soups and signature dishes. One of the most famous signature dishes is the Miso-Marinated Black Cod, wrapped in hoba leaf. Dishes also include barley, Miso Corn-Fed Baby Chicken, Japanese Mushroom Rice Hotpot, and Salt-Grilled Seabass. Plus, the restaurant is famous for featuring an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs at work. Plus, a sushi counter and robata grill.
The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, is also home to Farm House by Sycro, which has Chef Sycro Bakker at the helm and is a FACT Award winner.
