Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is home to a range of restaurants, bars and cafés. Now, the luxury hotel is set to welcome a new venue, Mei. The concept has been created by SHI Hospitality and will showcase Asian cuisine.

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam will be home to Mei, which will offer both indoor and outdoor seating, along with iconic views of the Burj Al Arab. The symbol of the restaurant is a bird, which features across its teaser images and videos.

One video shows a paper bird floating across the water alongside dining tables. The caption reads: “A paper crane floats in silence – a symbol of fortune. With us, luck is always near.” Another video shows a bird flying out of a painting in the restaurant. The caption reads: “A living painting. Every detail tells a story.”

Mei at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam boasts a sultry aesthetic with deep shades of red and brown. The space features floral sofas, emerald green chairs, and red fringed lamps.

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai is also home to the international concept Al Samar Lounge, the French spot Margaux, the Greek restaurant Shimmers, and the Mexican restaurant Tortuga. Plus, the hotel includes 292 guest rooms and suites.
