Shoppers, we have some exciting news. The Australian shopping mall Westfield can already be found around the world, from the United Kingdom to the United States. Now, it is expanding to Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Cenomi Centers announced the signing of the partnership agreement. Under the 10-year partnership, there is the option to extend for an additional 10 years. Saudi Arabia’s Cenomi Centers is a top owner and operator of shopping centres in the Kingdom. The company’s portfolio already spans 10 cities.
The partnership will focus on flagship destinations in Nakheel Dammam, Jawharat Jeddah and Jawharat Riyadh. In the future, there are plans to expand to eight malls. Across the world, Westfield malls have a range of fashion brands, food and drink, and special events.
