Try a new tasting menu

Fi'lia, the sky-high dining destination at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, has unveiled its inaugural tasting menu, narrating Chef Célia Stoecklin's love affair with Italy. Highlight dishes include The Tropea (an intriguing blend of caramelised onion, parmesan, and black pepper transformed into savoury ice cream), the Carpaccio (an artful presentation of truffle-infused beef carpaccio), the Agnolotti pasta and Merluzzo (succulent black cod with a vibrant red bell pepper coulis). Dessert options include the Olive Oil Sorbet and the "Limone," stuffed with lemon yoghurt mousse, meringue, mandarin, and mint gel. Available daily. AED 345 per person.
