Charm Thai at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina will hold a one-night-only limited seat grape pairing event on 23 March.

Cham Thai, the charming yet fiercely authentic Thai restaurant situated in the new Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, will hold a grape tasting event on Tuesday, March 23.

Embark on a culinary journey through the land of smiles, with a five-course set menu dinner featuring traditional Thai specialities purposefully designed to complement the grapes pairing.

The meal begins with a choice of salads, including Papaya Salad, Fresh Vegetable Spring Roll, or Fine Minced Chicken with Fresh Thai Herbs, expertly paired with a Prosecco, from Veneto, Italy.

For a true taste of Thailand, the second course invites diners to select from tempting options such as Crispy Shrimp Donut, Beef Satay, Chicken Satay, and Deep-Fried Calamari with Garlic and Black Pepper Sauce, accompanied by an Italian Pinot Grigio.

The third course is as authentic as it gets with a hot and spicy Prawns Tom Yum Soup, perfectly paired with a French Château de L’Aumérade Cru Classé.

The main course options involve Panang Curry With Tiger Prawn, Stir-Fried Beef With Hot Basil, and Stir-Fried Chicken Cashew Nut served with Stir-Fried Mix Vegetables and Steamed Thai Jasmine Rice and a glass of Australian Shiraz.

The evening will end with the traditional Thai dessert of Sweet Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango.
