Get ready to immerse yourself in the action. Dubai’s Sustainable City is welcoming a new attraction, Immersee. The show promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience that uncovers our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the planet. It opens on 15 March, and tickets are available now. 

Immersee in Dubai brings together filmmakers from around the world, and shares their work across 360-degree screens. The participants come from different cultural, social, and professional backgrounds and work in art, music, science, and sports. The landscapes depicted range from the mountains in the Alps to the busy streets of Mumbai and the Northern Lights in the Arctic to the canals of Venice. 

The filmmakers include Ankit DesaiFederico SignorelliJane Da MostoJean-Eric VergneLea D’Auriol and Nana Oforiatta Ayim. Born in Mumbai, Ankit is an AI scientist and aims to change the music industry with science. Born in Ghana, Nana is an art historian who lived in England and Germany. While travelling, she was frustrated at how Africa was represented around the world, and aims to bring to the world stage artists from Ghana. 

Federico is an intrepid traveller who has set himself a challenge. He aims to cross the deepest lake in world, which is located in Siberia. Jane is an environmental scientist, and is working in Venice. She hopes to save the city’s lagoons and ensure it is a living city. Jean-Eric is a professional racer, and Lea is an environmental scientist.

Immersee in Dubai tickets start from AED 75.
