The lineup includes Bedouin, Nooriyah and Pete Tong.

The International Music Summit (IMS) is set to return to Dubai for its second edition, taking place from 13 to 14 November 2025 at 25hours Hotel One Central. This event continues its mission to spotlight the MENA region’s creative rise, offering a packed program of keynotes, networking sessions, panels, and nightly artist showcases centred around the summit’s four pillars: Music, Culture, Finance, and Technology.

The event brings together artists, leaders and industry figures across these sectors. In 2007, a team of music lovers, including Pete Tong, established the event, aiming to create positive change from the boardroom to the dancefloor. The flagship event is the International Music Summit in Ibiza, and now it brings the same ethos back to Dubai.

Hosted by IMS co-founder and BBC Radio 1 Broadcaster Pete Tong alongside Saudi-born DJ Nooriyah, global superstar HUGEL joins the summit as a keynote speaker, alongside Lebanese-British techno sensation Nicole Moudaber.

Other speakers and panellists include Bedouin, made up of Jordanian Tamer Malki and Egyptian-American Rami Abousab, Egypt’s beloved house maestro Misty, Lebanese heavyweight Rolbac, ADDMIND’S managing partner Elie Saba, and Factory People’s co-founder and resident DJ Jade. The summit will also host the MENA premiere of the new film from legendary Northern Irish duo Bicep, TAKKUK.

IMS Dubai’s second edition will tackle the most pressing issues shaping the industry. From a market focus on Lebanon, AI in music production, diaspora identity, grassroots investment, homegrown festivals, and the ‘habibification’ of house music to the intersection of music and fashion, the summit promises bold conversations and forward-thinking insight.

Pete Tong says – “The launch of Beatport Presents IMS Dubai last year showed just how much energy, creativity and ambition exists in our community in the SWANA region. Electronic music here is on an exciting upward trajectory, creatively, culturally, and as an evolving market with exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration. I’m thrilled to return and co-host alongside Nooriyah. Beatport Presents IMS Dubai provides the perfect backdrop to bring our values to life while showcasing and celebrating the amazing music and talent emerging from the region.”

Badge prices for IMS Dubai 2025 are priced at AED 650 for early bird tickets, AED 850 for general admission, and AED 425 for students, individuals under 27, and persons of determination.
