Continuing its run of stellar nightlife performances from the world’s biggest talents, BLU Dubai, the nightclub on the 32nd floor of V Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, will host a performance from American rapper Rick Ross this September.
Born William Leonard Roberts II, Rick Ross will take to the stage on Thursday, 4 September. The American rapper is known for his luxurious lifestyle, hustler anthems, and deep Southern drawl. He rose to fame in the early 2000s as a part of the Miami hip-hop scene, quickly gaining recognition for his raw delivery, vivid storytelling, and mafioso persona. Tracks like Aston Martin Music, Golden Roses, Maybach Music 2, Purple Lamborghini, and Stay Schemin’ have established him as a hustler’s poet, capturing the struggles and triumphs of the street with unflinching honesty.
Rick Ross has been keeping his momentum in 2025 with new music, fashion ventures, and live performances. Following his 2023 collaboration album with Meek Mill, he recently dropped the Pharrell-produced single For The Money, which sets the tone for his forthcoming 12th studio album, Set in Stone. The rapper’s discography includes collaborations with Chris Brown, DJ Khaled, Drake, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and Usher, in a career that has seen the rapper release eleven studio albums to date.
