The electronic music festival takes place in November.

Get ready to party the day and night away. Shams Fest is heading to Ras Al Khaimah. Taking place on 8 November, this marks the return of the electronic music festival to the desert dunes. If you’d like to join the fun, here’s how to get hold of tickets.

Shams Fest aims to be a celebration of sound, sand, and soul. Guests can dance beneath the desert sky in the open-air music festival. The event promises a day-to-sunrise experience. The festival has been curated by the leading collectives, including Analogroom, Boogie Box and Scene Noise.

The line-up for the upcoming Shams Fest includes Bazzzuk b2b Shemroon, Biirdperson, Cyrill Reaidy, Diana, Fafi Abdel Nour, Hassan Alwan b2b Tristan Girault, Horrible, Mahyar Parsa, Motion, Omar Fayyad, Ronin, Soho, Youssef Yasser, and Zeina.

Timmy Mowafi, Founder of SceneNoise, explained: “For over a decade, SceneNoise has documented and developed the region’s electronic music ecosystem. Shams is the natural next step, a platform that not only positions SWANA artists as headliners but also connects dancefloors across the region.” Mehdi Ansari, Founder of Analog Room, added: “The idea is to do a music festival, specifically focused on celebrating our own regional electronic dance music industry, artists and the club culture developments. A presentation of the quality that SWANA has achieved in the past 15 to 20 years and has to offer, where we can present ourselves to the world – something to take out of the region.”

Shams Fest runs from 3pm until sunrise, and tickets are available now.
