The chef is already behind the hotel's two MICHELIN-starred restaurant.
Bulgari Resort Dubai is one of the most luxurious hotels in the UAE, and home to MICHELIN Starred restaurants. Now, it is expanding its fine dining offering, thanks to Chef Niko Romito. The critically acclaimed chef has taken over the culinary concept, Yacht Club Restaurant.
Yacht Club Restaurant showcases seafood and draws inspiration from the fish trattorias of the Italian Adriatic coast. The team prides itself on using the best fish produce, and dishes are cooked on the open grill with wood and charcoal. The starters include raw crustaceans, fish and molluscs. Mains range from Linguine Alle Vongole Veraci to Risotto Alla Marinara. Plus, desserts include Tiramisu and Vanilla Panna Cotta.
Niko is the Executive Chef, and Filippo Ristori is the Chef de Cuisine. Niko is also behind the hotel's two MICHELIN-starred Il Ristorante-Niko Romito. Plus, Filippo previously worked at the Four Seasons and Lungarno Hotel in Florence.
Niko explained: "With this thrilling project, the journey of discovery of traditional Italian cuisine continues. We worked on the typical seafood recipes, to catch their essence and bring them into a new dimension. We want the Yacht Club to be a destination of gastronomy and conviviality, where the guest can have an authentic Italian experience."
Bulgari Resort Dubai was created by the Italian architecture firm, Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The 1.4 million square foot resort draws inspiration from its ocean setting. The rooms, suites and villas have been designed with the Bulgari lifestyle in mind, from the Bulgari marble material to the coffee table books on diamonds.
