The menu fuses Asian flavours.

The five-star hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah, has welcomed the new dining destination, Gobi Restaurant. Located in the heart of the desert, it hopes to offer a new take on Asian cuisine. The experience aims to take diners on a sensory journey through the elements, drawing inspiration from nature.

The elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water inspire the new restaurant at the delightful desert resort. Each dish represents the blend between these elements and fuses together Asian flavours. Dishes bring together fiery spices, water influences, and earthy ingredients.

The Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert is set within a 500-hectare protected nature reserve. The hotel is home to a range of rooms, suites and villas – there are 108 private villas with terraces and pools.

The Ritz Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert also offers a range of cafés and restaurants. Kaheela offers an international cuisine that combines Middle Eastern and Indian influences. Visit for a daily breakfast buffet or an à la carte menu. Farmhouse by Syrco is an award-winning restaurant that showcases responsibly sourced ingredients.

Paddock Café is set within the equestrian centre and offers panoramic views. Eat and drink while looking at the roaming wildlife, which includes gazelle and oryx. Zuma also has a seasonal pop-up on site, which offers Japanese izakaya-style dishes.

Gobi Restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday, from 6pm to 10.30pm, and Friday and Saturday, from 6pm to 11pm.
