In a groundbreaking move that redefines Dubai’s nightlife and dining scene, 25 Jump Street is set to be the city’s first licensed street. Located just behind 25hours Hotel One Central, this vibrant destination is expected to host events throughout the year, along with multiple creative concepts.
The concept of 25 Jump Street has been brought to life by 7 Management in partnership with Ennismore. Spanning 12 uniquely curated concepts, offering a diverse mix of dining and mixology experiences that cater to a variety of tastes and budgets. Here are all the restaurants and bars at this trendy new spot.
19SixtyFour by McGettingans
19SixtyFour invites wine lovers to enjoy a sophisticated yet welcoming experience. The elegant, relaxed setting here is perfect for exploring a carefully curated wine selection, featuring both classic favourites and rare finds. Whether you’re a casual sipper or a seasoned connoisseur, each glass is designed to elevate your wine journey.

Previously located in DIFC, Antika is bringing its signature Oriental charm to 25 Jump Street. Inspired by the hidden theatres of 1950s Lebanon, the venue blends vintage glamour, drapes, and old-school décor for a dining experience steeped in history and theatrical flair. The menu fuses traditional Oriental cuisine with contemporary artistry and entertainment.

Cinema Akil
Cinema Akil is a name synonymous with cinematic disruption and cultural experiences, screening everything from shorts and new releases to independent movies and foreign films. Spanning 1,867 square feet, Cinema Akil in 25hours is divided into three distinct sections: the box office, the open cinema theatre, and a multipurpose retail and pop-up space. Beyond screening films, the venue promises an electric array of entertainment options, including music events, talks and pop-up experiences. Cutting-edge technology has taken centre stage, with state-of-the-art laser projection and Dolby 7.1 cinema sound making the theatre compatible with industry-standard video and audio formats.

Em Sherif Deli offers classic Lebanese flavours in a refined deli format — from chicken and beef shawarma to mezzes, homemade desserts, and speciality drinks. The drinks programme leads the experience, built around seven signature “archetypes” (a nod to the ladybird’s spots): Bloom, Velour, Arrow, Hearth, Eclipse, Crown and Oracle. On the food side, Lady Bird pairs the cocktails with comfort-driven plates, including Tuna Carpaccio with Raspberry Vinegar, Salmon Tartare with Avocado Mousse and Lemon Caviar, Artichoke Dip with Toasted Sourdough, sliders, Fried Brie with Cranberry Jam, Shrimp Tempura with Yuzu Miso Mayo, and larger plates like a Lobster Roll with Yuzukosho Mayo and a Niçoise Salad. Reimagined classics and seasonal Minitinis round out the menu.

Le Trottoir de Paloma
Le Trottoir de Paloma is bringing its French-inspired street food to Dubai. Part café, part cocktail bar and part restaurant, it is designed for all-day dining. LucyLu will bring the mischievous spirit of Beirut’s speakeasy to Dubai. Pepperoni Comedy Club
Kris Fade is swapping the studio for the pass. The Dubai-based radio star and television personality has opened his first restaurant in the city, joining the line-up at 25 Jump Street. Pepperoni pairs the buzz of a live comedy club with a nostalgic diner aesthetic and a playful, crowd-pleasing menu. Inside, the retro diner leans into American nostalgia, with chocolate leather booths, vintage details, and an old-school photo booth setting the tone for relaxed nights that quickly turn into long ones. From the open kitchen, the menu champions Italian American flavours through highlights such as a Caesar Salad shaken tableside, Mezzi Rigatoni, and a signature Pepperoni Pizza with a crispy American-style crust. A vintage dessert display tempts with Tiramisu, Bombolone filled with pistachio cream, and a Vanilla and Popcorn Sundae finished with a glossy caramel drizzle. The venue is also home to an intimate comedy club, seating up to 120 guests. A rotation of homegrown and international acts will headline the calendar, bringing a new destination for stand-up and storytelling to the city.

Yubi Handroll Bar
YUBI Handroll Bar, backed by the acclaimed chef Reif Othman, is the region’s first homegrown handroll bar. Influenced by Japanese street culture and hip-hop, the restaurant combines music, fashion, and design to create an experience that feels creative and instantly Instagrammable, from bespoke uniforms to signature design elements that seamlessly merge fashion and function.
