The fine-dining Chinese restaurant is set to open in September.


Dubai is a magnet for international restaurants, featuring a diverse range of options from celebrity chefs to established big brands. Now, it is set to welcome Tattu from London, which will be opening as part of the Ciel Vignette Collection. The restaurant is scheduled to launch in September 2025. Here’s what to expect. 

Building on its success across the United Kingdom, where it has cultivated a loyal following through immersive design and contemporary cuisine in cities such as London, Manchester, and Edinburgh, Tattu will introduce its signature artistry, atmosphere, and elevated dining experience to an international audience for the first time.

Tattu Dubai debuts a bold new chapter with a triad of interconnected venues at the peak of the world’s tallest hotel: Ciel Dubai Marina. Tattu Dubai will feature Tattu Restaurant & Bar, Tattu Sky Pool and Tattu Sky Lounge. Each space tells its own story through dramatic interiors, boundary-pushing cuisine and sensorial moments that blur the line between fantasy and reality.

The restaurant at level 74 invites guests into a dramatic world of ancient mythology and modern mastery. Expect Tattu’s opulent and atmospheric design, alongside refined à la carte and tasting menus that celebrate the evolution of contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame spectacular views over Dubai Marina and the Palm, while the Sunset Lounge offers spectacular views of Dubai’s incredible golden hour.

Tattu Sky Pool is officially the world’s highest infinity pool. Located on the 76th floor, this dramatic open-air oasis features 50 plush daybeds, premium bottle service, and Japanese fusion flavours. Delivering tailored experiences from day to night that include sunrise poolside lounging, breakfast rituals and late-night revelry with DJ-led events.

Perched at the very top of Ciel Dubai Marina, this dramatic Tattu Sky Lounge and 360° outdoor terrace is a feat of design and ambition. As the world’s highest fully air-conditioned open-air terrace, Tattu Sky Lounge will redefine Dubai’s nightlife skyline. By day, it’s a stunning space for elevated afternoon tea with sky views. By night, it transforms into a high-energy lounge where DJ sets, exceptional cocktails and cinematic views glamorously collide.

If Tattu’s London menu is anything to go by, visitors are in for a tasty treat. The menu spans starters, mains and desserts. Starters include Sugar Salt Crispy Squid, Truffle Shiitake Bao Bun, and Wagyu Beef Dumpling. Mains include Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon, Kung Po Tofu and Wok Fried Angry Bird. Desserts range from Asian Pear Sticky Toffee Puddy to Yuzu Lemon Drop.

Upon completion, the hotel will feature 1,000 rooms, including 150 suites, and will boast Dubai’s highest infinity pool. The restaurants include an all-day dining venue on the 13th floor and Sunset Lounge on the 74th floor. Plus, there will be a spa and health club on the 54th floor. Plus, the state-of-the-art features include a 300-metre-tall interior atrium with vertically stacked landscapes and naturally ventilated terraces.
