The London-born smash-burger sensation arrives in Dubai with a UAE-exclusive Wagyu Kimchi Smash.
Manna, one of London’s most talked-about smash-burger concepts, is touching down in Dubai. Opening on Thursday, 6 November 2025 at Alserkal Avenue, the brand brings its creative, street-smart spirit to the city’s leading arts and culture district.
Born in London and beloved for bold flavours and a fervent following, Manna has grown from a counter at ARCADE Food Hall. It was also the exact spot where the inaugural FACT Dining Awards London were held back in September. The brand first fired up its grills at the location, where it quickly became one of the venue’s biggest hits. Since then, Manna has expanded across the English capital, with branches at Centre Point and Tottenham Court Road. It is now going international with Dubai as its very first stop.
For its Middle Eastern debut, Manna Dubai will serve a tight edit of signatures. Expect the Classic Smash, the Hot One, the Double Manna, and sides that have earned their own fan base. Seasoned Waffle Fries and Hot Flame Waffle Fries lead the charge. The headline, however, is a dish created just for the UAE. The Wagyu Kimchi Smash layers a juicy Wagyu patty with ssamjang mayo, kimchi, seaweed, and cheese. It is a mash-up that nods to Dubai’s appetite for premium ingredients and playful flavour.
The arrival marks Manna’s first international opening and signals the continued momentum of London brands choosing to open in the UAE. With a prime spot in Alserkal Avenue, Manna is poised to be a go-to for pre-gallery bites and casual catch-ups.
Manna Dubai joins an incredible lineup of restaurants in Alserkal, including bkry, LILA Molino, Middle Child, NALA, Piehaus, and the FACT Award-winning Nightjar Coffee Roasters.
