The FACT Dining Award winner has reopened after a three-month break.
Orfali Bros has officially welcomed guests back after a three-month break, returning with an exciting renovation and a refreshed menu. If you’re keen to check out this FACT favourite, here’s what you need to know.
Orfali Bros opened in 2021 and has since built a loyal following. Showcasing Middle Eastern cuisine, the concept is led by Syrian brothers Mohamad, Wassim and Omar Orfali. The restaurant has earned a Bib Gourmand, a MICHELIN Star, and a place on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. It has also been recognised with a FACT Dining Award Dubai.
Now, Orfali Bros reopens with renewed ambition. Around half of the menu has been updated, resulting in a more mature offering that reflects the kitchen’s current thinking. Mohamad Orfali explained: “This is Orfali cuisine. It’s the food we love, cooked the way we want to cook it now. We didn’t close to become something else — we closed because we needed a better kitchen and our guests deserved a better experience.”

The redesigned space features warm woods, soft lighting and elegant lines, creating a welcoming dining room. Behind the scenes, a state-of-the-art kitchen is on display, complete with charcoal cooking, a fermentation lab and precision equipment.

Sustainability plays a key role in the restaurant’s operations, with every ingredient used to its fullest and waste transformed through the Orfali Bros Lab. Both the tasting and à la carte menus showcase this ethos, with dishes including Corn Bomb, Ooh La La and a reimagined Orfali Bayıldı.
