Enjoy scenic waterfront views at Sa’Cha Restaurant.

Get ready for a new dining destination at Dubai Creek Harbour. Sa’Cha Restaurant has opened its doors, bringing a new culinary concept to the city’s scenic waterfront. If you’re looking to book a new restaurant, here’s what you need to know.

Sa’Cha is founded on a shared vision between its founders, Chef Pang Long Chin and Nicolas Badran Diaz. Guided by the taglines “This is not fusion, this is evolution” and “Where Latin passion whispers in Asian harmony”, the restaurant offers a dining experience that celebrates the natural meeting of cultures rather than traditional fusion.

Set against the backdrop of Dubai Creek Harbour, Sa’Cha boasts uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, the Burj Khalifa and swaying palm trees. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, making it ideal for any time of day. Inside, guests are welcomed by lush shades of green across seating, walls and potted plants, creating a jungle-inspired atmosphere. High ceilings add a sense of drama, while the open kitchen allows diners to watch the chefs in action. Striking animal illustrations, from elephants to tortoises, line the walls, adding character to the space.

The menu showcases vibrant Latin-inspired dishes with Asian influences and is divided into thoughtfully curated sections. The First Hunt features starters such as Cassava Waffles and Wagyu Beef Tartare, while the Foraging Zone includes lighter options like Beetroot Salad and Cucumber Apple Salad.

Latin fire meets Asian soul in the heartier selections. Into the Fire presents dishes such as Chicken Satay, Octopus and Wagyu Empanadas, while Jungle Fest highlights Amazonian Fish, Malaysian Duck and Wagyu Beef Cheeks.
