Under the guidance of Chef Glen Ballis, whose career spans Melbourne, Moscow, London, and Asia, the kitchen pairs time-honoured Uzbek recipes with contemporary Asian influences. The result is a menu that bridges East and West with confidence.
Stepping into SANA, design plays a central role. Earthy palettes, artisanal textures, and subtle Uzbek details create a space that is both timeless and transportive. The restaurant unfolds across elegant dining rooms, a floating terrace, and a hidden bar named Moon.
