The brand will open up to four new hotels across the world.

If you love Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, then we have some exciting news. The hospitality brand has announced that it is expanding across the world. Up to four new Atlantis Hotels are in the works in locations including the Middle East, North America and Southeast Asia.

So far, Atlantis Hotels operates two properties in Dubai, one in Hainan, China, and one in the Bahamas. Atlantis Hotel’s Managing Director, Timothy Kelly, shared the expansion plans with Bloomberg, and explained that the brand aims to cash in on the rebound in tourism.

Timothy stated: “We don’t want to go out and finance billions of dollars and build. We definitely want to have a portion of the ownership because we want to have a say, and we want to be engaged in its success, and we want to manage it.”

While the locations for the new Atlantis Hotels have not yet been revealed, Florida is one of the sites where the brand would like to build a coastal property. Florida is a family-friendly destination, and receives approximately 137 million visitors a year.

In Dubai, the two Atlantis Hotels are located on Palm Jumeirah. Atlantis The Royal opened in February and made worldwide news, thanks to its wave of special guests and concert by Beyoncé Knowles. The hotel is home to 17 restaurants, ranging from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal to Ling Ling Dubai. Plus, there are 795 rooms, the world’s largest waterpark and a fountain of fire.

Wherever the Atlantis plans to open next, it’s bound to be brilliant.
