The property is expected to open its doors in 2030.
Mandarin Oriental is adding a new chapter to Dubai’s luxury landscape with its first dedicated golf resort. Set within Jumeirah Golf Estates, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai is slated to open in 2030 and will combine a championship course, a destination spa, and branded residences in one elevated address.
The resort is set to feature 121 rooms and suites designed with the brand’s refined aesthetic. For those seeking a permanent foothold, 97 branded residences will be available, ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. Each home is planned with private leisure in mind, including a pool and dedicated fitness spaces.
Dining is central to the experience. Six venues are in the pipeline, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and a relaxed hut on the course, alongside additional concepts to be revealed closer to opening.
Beyond the table, the community blueprint includes an 18-hole championship course and a driving range, a full-service gym, a Central Park, and a Village district. An Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse are also planned, with arenas, training facilities, stables, and scenic riding trails.
Wellbeing will take centre stage at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a sanctuary spanning almost 5,000 square metres. Multiple swimming pools, including dedicated areas for men and women, outdoor meditation zones, a barber, and a salon, will anchor the hotel’s holistic approach to rest and recovery. Families are catered for with a Kids’ Club and nursery that blends indoor and outdoor play.
Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, will mark the group’s third address in the city, joining Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai and the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai. With golf, wellness, and residential living brought together in one setting, this new opening is set to drive a fresh standard for lifestyle-led hospitality in the emirate.
