Whether you're going dry or damp, non-alcoholic brands in the UAE are having a moment. We don't mean sugary mocktails or an orange juice, but carefully concocted zero-alcohol drinks. To prove the point, the homegrown brand Drink Dry has launched a new bar in Dubai, The Drink Dry Lab.
Located in Bar Scala inside Roberto's, The Drink Dry Lab will serve premium wine, spirits and cocktails – all with no alcohol. So, if you don't want to miss out on the ceremony of popping a cork and a fancy glass in your hand, you'll want to check this place sophisticated spot.
On Instagram, we spotted South African mixologist Ryno Anker work his magic and create Insta-worthy mocktails. So far, we know that The Drink Dry Lab will be open for Drink Dry customers who want to join brand launches and trade who want to develop drinks.
Erika Doyle is the founder and managing director of Drink Dry. The premium non-alcoholic online marketplace started in 2019 and has been changing people's perceptions of zero alcohol. The site includes a curated selection of non-alcoholic hops, spirits, still and sparkling grape, cocktails and tonic mixers. Plus, there are beverages that contain less sugar and calories compared to adult drinks.
Erika explains: "Our mission is to bring you the finest alcohol-free beverages from around the globe and reinvent the NOLO drinks movement from our headquarters in Dubai. We hope you join us on the journey."
The Drink Dry Lab is open from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm.
