This marks Janu Residences’ first offering in the Middle East.
Janu is an innovative new hotel, residence, and lifestyle brand arriving in the Dubai International Financial Centre. As part of the Aman Group, it marks the brand’s debut in the Middle East and its first residential offering in the region, following the opening of Janu Tokyo in 2024.
The name Janu, derived from the Sanskrit word for soul, represents a hotel, residence, and lifestyle brand offering guests a modern hospitality experience infused with energy and creativity. The Dubai International Financial Centre provides the perfect setting for this new opening, widely recognised as the city’s cultural and creative hub, encompassing design, dining, art, and commerce.

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog and de Meuron, Janu Dubai introduces a striking architectural statement that fuses contemporary design with renewed energy and connection.
The development features a 150-key hotel and the brand’s first global Janu Club, an invite-only members’ club focused on genuine social connection. It will also include Janu Residences, a limited collection of two- to five-bedroom apartments, as well as an impressive penthouse offering expansive private living areas with direct access to the hotel’s amenities and services.
The Janu-branded residences overlook the Zabeel Palace Gardens, the Burj Khalifa, and the DIFC skyline, placing residents at the heart of the city. Residents can also enjoy access to Janu’s social and wellness spaces, including a dedicated residents’ lounge, restaurants, a mixology bar, and a wellness centre.

Janu Dubai will occupy an entire tower, centred on a reimagined souk courtyard, with an 18-metre-high lobby. The hotel spans levels six to 16, while a collection of 57 branded residences occupies the tower’s panoramic upper levels.
The residences are accessed via a separate entrance lobby and private lifts that take residents directly to their homes. The entire 34th floor is dedicated to Janu’s owner community, with panoramic views, an infinity-edge pool, and a residents-only Lounge & Bar, creating an oasis above the city.
Owners will also benefit from exclusive access to the Janu Private Office — a service that curates Janu and Aman experiences — as well as private travel and bespoke events, 24-hour concierge, and on-request residential services.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, said: “With Janu Dubai we are creating more than a place to stay. Cultivating sociability, shaped by creativity, bold design, and vibrancy, Janu Residences embodies the essence of the brand. The tower has a tactile, mineral quality and a sculptural form that gives it a distinctive identity in Dubai’s polished skyline while introducing a more human scale to the DIFC. Embracing a meaningful connection to nature, it will integrate expansive outdoor terraces and balconies enriched with abundant planting and gardens, creating a verdant, pedestrian-focused environment that is rare for a high-rise in the UAE.”
Residences are now available for purchase.
