The luxury residences start from AED 18 million.
Dubai is home to marvellous megaprojects, record-breaking sites, and luxurious living. Now, it is set to welcome a new architectural wonder, Muraba Veil. Located at Dubai Water Canal, the sleek structure will strut onto the skyline, and become the world’s thinnest residential tower. Scheduled to open in December 2028, the prices start at AED 18 million.
Muraba is working with Arup, RCR and WSP on the development of Muraba Veil. The plot sits on a triangular spot, and is close to Downtown Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road. The structure has hit the headlines, as it will be 22.5 metres wide and 380 metres tall. Spanning 74 floors, it will be home to one- to five-bedroom apartments, and approximately 131 units.

Drawing inspiration from its surroundings, the aesthetic looks like it has taken the dessert and elevated it into a luxury location. The neutral tones include soft beiges and browns, which give the space a classy and contemporary feel. The floor plans resemble traditional homes, from sun-filled courtyards to shaded walkways.

Muraba Veil has been designed to blur the boundaries between the inside and outside, and allow for the movement of natural air. The aim is to reduce the reliance on air conditioning and save energy. Plus, the living spaces will remain in the shade throughout the day.

Muraba Veil will be home to a range of high-end, state-of-the-art facilities. At the moment, these are exclusive for residents, and include a cinema, pools, restaurants and a spa.
