The waterpark features 16 attractions, a wave lagoon beach, and the region’s first FlowRider® Triple.
The UAE is home to several water parks. Dubai has the famous Atlantis Aquaventure and Wild Wadi, while Yas Waterworld has been a hit in Abu Dhabi. And now, a new player is stepping onto the scene. Get ready to make a splash as Grand Hyatt Dubai unveils its very own waterpark.
Adding a fresh chapter to the hotel’s 22-year story, Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark spans 20,000 square metres within the property’s 37-acre estate near Downtown Dubai. Guests can drift along a lazy river, take on two slide towers or settle into the rhythm of the wave pool with its sand beach.

The headline attraction is the Middle East’s first FlowRider® Triple surf simulator, built for side-by-side rides and all-levels coaching. Between thrills, guests can retreat to private luxury cabanas with plunge pools, while little ones make a splash in the dedicated family zone with shaded loungers and playful water features.
Dining comes with a view at La Palma, a vibrant destination restaurant that overlooks shimmering lagoons, landscaped gardens, and the Dubai skyline. It is a relaxed, family-friendly setting where long lunches, early dinners, and celebratory gatherings fold naturally into a day at the waterpark.

During this exclusive opening phase, entry is reserved for Grand Hyatt Dubai in-house guests on eligible rate plans. The hotel will extend day-pass access at a later stage, opening the experience to residents and visitors across the UAE.
“The opening of our new waterpark marks a significant milestone for Grand Hyatt Dubai, as it elevates our leisure offerings and transforms the property into a truly unique destination, where large-scale events, exceptional hospitality and unforgettable leisure experiences seamlessly come together,” commented Fathi Khogaly, Managing Director, Grand Hyatt Dubai and Area Vice President, Hyatt, Dubai.

As for Grand Hyatt Dubai, the property boasts 710 luxurious rooms and suites, 12 world-class restaurants, and stunning spa facilities. And with the addition of the waterpark, the allure of Grand Hyatt Dubai is poised to reach new heights.
