Dine at FACT’s Restaurant of the Year 2025

Dubai’s terrific Thai restaurant, Manāo, has gained a MICHELIN star and the title of FACT’s ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai 2025. The homegrown concept is brought to life by Chef Abhiraj Khatwani and his mentor, Chef Mohamad Orfali. The restaurant reimagines Thai cuisine through the lens of Abhiraj’s personal journey. After leaving the fine-dining world, the chef spent time in Udon Thani, learning from Thai locals and shaping his interpretation of Thai cuisine. The restaurant offers a tempting tasting menu featuring Grilled King Crab Shoulder, Lobster Khanom Krok and Sour Curry of Beef.
