Alserkal Avenue is home to amazing art exhibitions. Now, it is welcoming Syrian artists at the Summer Collective: Wavering Hope. Running until 5 September, it explores the idea of hope in the country and ties in with the 20th anniversary of the Ayyam Gallery. All the Syrian artists in the exhibition have an impulse to document their experiences, particularly the fall of the Assad regime. Many of the artists explore the tension between before and after the war, portraying a homeland that shifts between destruction and renewal, as well as mourning and hope.

Making its UAE debut, the Harry Potter Film Concert Series will take over Etihad Arena from 6 and 7 September 2025.
