Introducing a new approach to holistic wellbeing, the concept combines mindfulness-based movement and sound-based experiences practised alongside horses, offering a calming retreat from the city’s fast-paced lifestyle.
Crystalline Equine offers outdoor sessions that blend yoga and sound healing with crystal-inspired elements, all experienced near horses. Rooted in nervous system regulation, the concept is designed to encourage calm, grounding and meaningful connection, creating a restorative space within Dubai’s dynamic urban environment.
At the heart of the concept is the belief that spending time near horses can support emotional balance and relaxation. Their naturally calming presence helps guests slow down, become more present and reconnect with their bodies. Each session is thoughtfully curated to offer a deeper sense of awareness and connection.
Crystalline Equine welcomes both beginners and experienced wellness practitioners. Experiences take place in an open-air arena and include yoga and sound healing sessions. The setting is enhanced with Roman-style pillars, crystals, florals, soft lighting and carefully curated décor. Sessions are held in intimate groups to maintain a focused and personal experience.
